Real Screen AI

24 AI prompts for your workday, word for word.

Copy-ready prompts for email, meetings, spreadsheets and planning. Each one ends with a check to run before you use the result.

The Prompt Stack is a free PDF: 24 prompts, plus 3 stacks that chain them together.

What the guide helps you do

Find the task, copy the prompt, fill in the brackets, and paste it into your chat AI assistant. You get a draft to check, not a decision.

  • Answer email with the point up front

Reply to a long thread, say no without damaging the relationship, follow up when nobody answered, or tidy a messy draft.

  • Leave meetings with owners and dates

Turn raw notes into decisions and action items. Missing owners and dates get marked instead of guessed.

  • Work through a spreadsheet row by row

Summarize, sort into your categories, label sentiment, pull out one detail, or clean up inconsistent names.

  • Handle the messages people put off

Answer an upset customer, share bad news early, or chase an overdue invoice in plain words.

Anything in brackets is yours to replace. Delete the brackets too.

Follow up when nobody answered

Sample from the guide

Use it when: your email went quiet and you need a reply without sounding annoyed.

Write a follow-up to an email that got no reply.
My original email, pasted below, asked for: [WHAT YOU NEED].
I need it by: [DATE OR "NO HARD DEADLINE"].
This is follow-up number [1 / 2 / 3].
Rules: under 60 words. Restate the one thing I need in a single sentence so they don't have to scroll down. Make it easy to answer in one line. No "just checking in", no "circling back", no guilt.
Original email:
[PASTE IT]

Fill in

the one thing you need; a date if there is one; which follow-up this is (the tone firms up with each number).

A sample result (hypothetical)

"Hi Dana, one quick question from last week: can you approve the March invoice by Friday? A yes or no is all I need. Thanks."

Check before you send

confirm the date and the ask match your original email.

The other 23 prompts follow the same layout: when to use it, the prompt, what to fill in, a hypothetical sample, and one check.

Is it for you?

It fits if

  • You want prompts you can copy today, not theory.

It won't help if

  • You're looking for AI news or tool comparisons.
  • You want help writing code.
  • You want AI to send things for you without checking them.
